Questions we're often asked
How soon can you do it?
We'll give you an honest date when we quote, and keep in touch right up to fitting day.
Do you measure up?
Yes. We come out and measure, so your price is based on your actual space.
Do you mount the TV too?
Yes. We mount your TV securely and hide the cables.
Will there be mess?
We clean as we go and leave the room spotless.
How long does fitting take?
Most media walls are fitted in a single day. We'll confirm how long your install will take when we quote.
Are home measures and quotes free?
Yes. We'll come out, measure your wall and give you a clear, fixed-price quote, free of charge.
Which areas do you cover?
We fit media walls across Belfast, Bangor and the rest of Northern Ireland, and in Scotland we cover Glasgow, Ayrshire, Stirling, Cumbernauld, East Kilbride, Greenock, Edinburgh and Central Scotland (see our Scotland page). If you're not sure whether we cover your area, just ask.
Do you charge VAT?
No. Hutton Media Walls Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices. All our package prices are supply and fit.
How do deposits and payment work?
Quotes are valid for 7 days. To confirm your order, accept the quote and pay a 30% deposit, and the balance is due on the day the work is completed. We accept bank transfer, credit card and finance (subject to status). See our terms and conditions.
Do you do the electrics?
Packages don't include electrical sockets. We can arrange a qualified electrician on request, and moving or installing 2 sockets and 2 HDMI points is available as an add-on (£220 to £260).
Do I need to visit the showroom?
No, but you're very welcome to. Visits are by appointment at 21J Enterprise Road, Bangor, so we can give you our full attention. Book a showroom appointment online.
Can I design my own media wall?
Yes. Try our Build your media wall planner to choose a package, panels and finishes, then send us your design for a quote.
